Maxchat v4 — in development

Ask your business.Your business answers.

Max reads the systems you already run — your CRM, your accounting, your meeting recordings, and more — and answers in plain language. Every number comes back with a receipt showing exactly where it came from. When Max doesn't know something, it tells you which system it would have needed.

Three months free at launch for Cohort 01. No card. No sales call.

Berapa total pipeline aktif bulan ini?

Berapa margin per produk kuartal ini?

Belum ada metrik margin per produk di sistem saya. Yang bisa saya tarik: pipeline, invoice jatuh tempo, deal per stage.

How much active pipeline this month?
Active pipeline Rp 1.84 B as of this morning. Down Rp 120 M from last week.
What is the margin per product this quarter?
There is no margin-per-product measure in my systems. What I can pull: pipeline, overdue invoices, deals by stage.

What Max reads

  • Accountingnumbers
  • CRMnumbers, people
  • Meeting recordingswhat was saidno numbers
  • Point of salenumbers
  • Inboxconversations
  • Spreadsheetsnumbers
  • Anything elseany system with records, once declared

Every source is declared, ranked against the others, and logged before Max reads a single row. When two of them disagree, the order was decided by a person in advance — not by the model.

You run four systems. None of them talk to each other.

The answer to "did they pay, and did anyone follow up" lives in three places. Your staff have tools built for their job — inboxes, templates, chatbots. You have reports built for someone else's.

So you ask a person, and you wait.

Max reads all four and answers in one sentence.

One question. Three systems. One answer.

Ask about a customer and Max pulls the deal from your CRM, the invoice from accounting, and what they actually said in a meeting back in March. It puts them in one paragraph — and sources each fact separately, because they came from different places and deserve different amounts of trust.

Pick a question. Or ask it for something it doesn't have.

Product surface in Bahasa Indonesia. English appears here once Max answers.

The last line of that answer is Max connecting two things nobody connected. It's the most useful sentence in the answer and the greyest thing on the screen. Confidence and visual weight move in opposite directions here, so you learn what to trust without anyone explaining it to you.

Every number carries a receipt.

We call it the nota, after the paper slips that already govern Indonesian business. Tap any figure and a slip unfolds beneath it: which system, which record, which calculation, and when it was taken. Not "according to your data." A record ID and a timestamp.

Sourced AI answers are not a new idea and we won't pretend we invented them. Enterprise search tools and analytics assistants have shipped citations for years. What's uncommon is the packaging: a receipt on every figure, in Bahasa, inside a chat, for an owner who is not a data analyst, over live operational data rather than last night's copy.

Most people will never open one. That's fine — the nota isn't mainly there to be read. It's there because a system that has to produce a source for every claim can't quietly invent one. It makes mistakes findable. And the minority who do check are the most valuable skeptics we have.

Invoice jatuh tempo saat ini Rp 78 jt, dari 3 invoice.

Tap the figure.Overdue invoices right now: Rp 78 M, across 3 invoices.

Colour means one thing here: how much to trust the fact next to it.

  1. Straight from your system of recordverified
  2. A person confirmed thisconfirmed
  3. Pulled out of a recording or a noteextracted
  4. Max worked this out itselfinferred
  5. Past its shelf lifestale
  6. Two systems disagreeconflict

There is no decorative colour anywhere in the product. The page you're reading is loud. The product isn't, on purpose.

It tells you before you ask.

A short briefing each morning: what moved, what needs attention, and — unusually — what Max isn't sure about. Later in the day, a note when an invoice slips past due or a deal goes quiet.

Scheduled alerts to an owner's phone are not new; several Indonesian platforms already send them, and accounting platforms abroad ship AI briefings to millions of subscribers. What's different here is that this briefing is reasoned across separate systems rather than pulled from one, sourced fact by fact, in Bahasa, and sitting inside a conversation you can reply to and argue with.

The product is a desk — a white work surface that belongs to one person. Answers become windows you pick up and arrange. The only permanent object is the console at the bottom, where you type, with the conversation growing directly out of it. That's not styling: an answer that appears with no visible origin reads as a voice from nowhere.

A desk: a Today window, an ERPNext Receivables window and a generated answer window sit on a white grid. A card titled "What I will not do" lies to the right. A scope line above the console reads "reasoning over Today, ERPNext Receivables, 1 pinned fact".
  • What's open is what Max is looking at

The windows on your desk are the agent's attention — not a hidden setting. Close one and the next answer is cheaper and faster.

  • Max may tidy your desk. It may not clear it.

Max collapses things and preserves them. It never closes anything, and it never opens the governance views. Those are yours.

  • No notifications. None.

No badges, no pop-ups, no notification centre. An empty desk means nothing is pending. A card on it means Max left you something.

the desk, on a desk. Windows don't work on a phone, so on a phone we don't pretend. The desk becomes a single column, and your real mobile surface is the messaging app you already use.

What Max will not do.

This is the shortest way to explain the product.

  1. It won't write its own database queries.

It uses calculations we wrote, reviewed and named. Ask for something outside them and you get "I don't have that measure" — instead of a plausible wrong number nobody catches. We chose the survivable failure on purpose, and it costs us breadth.

  2. It won't invent a new metric.

It arranges the ones that already exist into new views. A metric Max made up would be a number nobody reviewed.

  3. It won't send anything.

Max drafts a broadcast — audience, wording, schedule, a sample of how it'll look. The main button on that draft isn't Send. It's Open in Broadcast. You press send, in the system that already has your limits and your audit trail.

  4. It won't merge two records it isn't sure about.

Uncertain matches go to a queue a human clears. There are no silent merges, because a fact attached to the wrong company is stated just as confidently as a correct one.

  5. It won't decide which system is right.

When two sources disagree, the ordering was written down by a person in advance. Accounting outranks a meeting note on questions of money. The model doesn't get a vote.

  6. It won't guess.

It names the system it would have needed. Every time it does that, it tells us which integration to build next.

A product that only refuses is a product nobody enjoys using. Refusing is the floor. The receipts are the point.

It can run in a building with no internet.

The same agent, hosted inside your own network, on a locally hosted language model, with a tamper-evident record of everything it did. Built that way from the first release rather than bolted on later — nothing in the core assumes a particular cloud or a particular model vendor, and we test against a local model as routine.

A box labelled "your building" containing the agent, the model and the log. The line to the internet is crossed out. YOUR BUILDINGAGENTMODELLOGINTERNET

Cohort 01.

We're opening a small first group. You get access before general availability, and three months free once we launch commercially.

What you get

  • Access before anyone else
  • Three months free when we launch
  • A direct line to the people building it
  • Your integration requests go to the front of the queue

What we ask

  • Use it on a real business, not a test account
  • Tell us when it's wrong, in detail
  • Let us watch how you actually use it
Which systems do you run today?

This one isn't a marketing question. Which integrations we build first gets decided by what people put here.

This opens WhatsApp in a new tab with your answers filled in. Send the message and we'll reply there. No card. No sales call unless you ask for one.

We're not selling yet. Pricing isn't set.

Questions

Is this a chatbot for my customers?

No. Max talks to you about your own business. Customer-facing chat is a crowded, cheap category and this isn't it.

Does it work in Bahasa Indonesia?

It's built in Bahasa first. The English you're reading is the marketing.

Which systems does it connect to?

At the start: accounting, CRM, and meeting recordings. Connecting a source is a deliberate, governed step rather than a toggle — each one is ranked against the others and declared before it's read, because connecting a system is really an identity event, not a data event. More follow in the order people ask for them. Tell us in the form which ones you need.

Can Max do things, or only answer?

It answers, it composes saved reports and scheduled summaries, and it drafts. Actions that leave the building come last, and only once we can confirm, audit and undo them. Two thousand messages can't be unsent.

What about WhatsApp?

Mandatory before we sell to anyone. The first release runs on Telegram and the web app, because it lets us change how Max behaves cheaply and often while we're still learning.

What happens when it's wrong?

You'll be able to find it, because every number names its source, its record and its timestamp. That's what the receipt is for.

What does it cost?

We don't know yet. Cohort 01 gets three months free at launch either way.

Will my data be used to train a model?

No, never. Your data is read to answer your questions and for nothing else.
